SMS Services

Every day millions of SMS are sent. They are quick, efficient and cheap. If you need to send specific data automatically to your customers, PRECITEL can help.

For several Swiss Banks, PRECITEL has developed an SMS engine that sends messages to customers when a predetermined event occurs; e.g. when a bank account shows up negative or a particular payment comes in. Customers can introduce all criteria by phone (IVR) or through the Web.

E-Mail Services

Customers of a group of Banks may order services such as "send me my account statement by E-Mail every day" or "Send me my securities account statement every Friday evening". The solution provides full confidentiality and security. It was conceived and delivered by PRECITEL.
